
Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Memorandum
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NIPM Sahyadri Satara Chapter was held on Wednesday, 17 June 2026. The meeting reviewed the Chapter’s performance, financial matters, and future initiatives. The following key matters were discussed and unanimously approved:
- Chairperson: Dr. Uday Bhosale was unanimously appointed as the Chairperson for the Chapter meeting.
- Western Regional Conference (WRC-2026): Approval was granted to organize the Western Regional Conference at Satara on 9th and 10th October 2026.
- WRC Committees: Various committees were approved for the effective planning and execution of WRC-2026, covering event management, sponsorship, finance, publicity, registration, hospitality, transportation, publication, student coordination, awards, felicitation, and other activities.
- National Council Meeting: Approval was granted to host the NIPM National Council Meeting at Satara on 11th October 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Audited Accounts: The Audited Annual Accounts and Balance Sheet for FY 2025–26 were approved, with a closing balance of ₹1,47,000/-.
- Appointment of Auditor: CA Mr. Sujit M. Rajhans was appointed as the Chapter Auditor for FY 2026–27, with remuneration of ₹5,000/-.
- Banking Authorization: The AGM approved the authorized office bearers for operation of the Chapter’s bank account and necessary correction of the office-bearer designation in the bank documents.
- Chapter Activities: The AGM reviewed key activities conducted during the year, including the Student Chapter inauguration and MDP at KBPIMSR, the New Labour Codes Member Engagement Programme, and participation in the Western Regional Workshop.
- Quarterly Digital E-Magazine: Approval was given for publication of a Quarterly Digital E-Magazine covering Chapter activities, HR updates, member articles, upcoming programmes, success stories, and professional content.
- Student Chapter Activities: It was resolved to organize at least one HR-related programme every quarter to promote HR awareness, employability skills, professional development, and student participation.
- Fund-Raising Initiatives: The Chapter will undertake fund-raising activities through sponsorships, exhibition stalls, advertisements, souvenir publications, and participation from organizations and industries.

The AGM concluded with unanimous support from the members for strengthening the NIPM Sahyadri Satara Chapter through professional development, industry engagement, student activities, knowledge sharing, and major events such as WRC-2026 and the National Council Meeting.
