NIPM Sahyadri Satara Chapter organised its first programme at The Fern Hotel, Satara, with the participation of more than 150 HR professionals, industry representatives, entrepreneurs, and representatives from various organisations.

The main session of the programme was on “New Labour Code Implementation”, conducted by renowned labour law expert Adv. Dr. Shrikant Malegaonkar, Pune. He provided detailed guidance on the new labour codes, their implementation and their impact on industries and HR professionals.

The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp in the presence of distinguished guests, including Mr. Dhairyasheel Bhosale, President, MAS–Satara; Mr. Nitin Kawale, Assistant Labour Commissioner; and Mr. Irfan Khan, Joint Director, DIC, Satara.

The guests were felicitated by Dr Uday Bhosale, President, NIPM Sahyadri Satara Chapter, and Dr Nitin Deshpande, Vice President, NIPM Sahyadri Satara Chapter.

Dr Uday Bhosale introduced the objectives and activities of NIPM, while Dr Nitin Deshpande presented an overview of the Sahyadri Satara Chapter’s activities and future plans. He also encouraged HR professionals from the Satara industrial region to become members of NIPM and actively participate in the Chapter’s initiatives.

Representatives from several leading organisations, including Cooper Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Wipro Pari, Delaval, Copeland, Cummins, Nipro, Paranjape Autocast, Sudarshan Chemicals, Yumikor, UPS Logistics and Welspun, participated in the programme.

The programme received valuable support from industry leaders, HR professionals, entrepreneurs, and other dignitaries. Mr. Dhairyasheel Bhosale appreciated the initiative and extended his best wishes for the future activities of NIPM Sahyadri Satara Chapter.

The successful first programme marked an important beginning for the Chapter and demonstrated the strong interest of the Satara industrial community in HR knowledge sharing, professional development, and networking.
