The NIPM Sahyadri (Satara) Chapter conducted a Members Meeting & WRC–2026 Planning Session, chaired by Dr Uday Bhosale.
The meeting provided a platform for members to exchange ideas, share valuable suggestions and discuss the chapter’s upcoming activities and initiatives.
- WRC–2026 Planning: Discussion on the proposed NIPM Western Regional Conference (WRC)–2026, scheduled to be held on 10th October 2026 at Late Yashwantrao Chavan Auditorium, Satara.
- Conference Vision & Direction: Discussion on the proposed vision, objectives, and overall direction of WRC–2026.
- Theme Development: Members shared ideas and suggestions for the conference theme.
- Member & Delegate Engagement: Focus on creating meaningful learning, networking, and professional development opportunities.
- Committee Formation: Planning of various committees and responsibilities for smooth coordination and execution.
- Membership Development: Discussion on strengthening membership, participation, and engagement within the chapter.
- Industry Connect: Focus on building stronger relationships with HR professionals, corporates, industry leaders, and academicians.
- Knowledge & Networking: Promoting professional learning, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities.
- Review of Previous WRCs: Previous NIPM Western Regional Conferences were reviewed as a reference for planning WRC–2026.
- Member Suggestions: Valuable suggestions and inputs were shared for the growth and development of the chapter.
